A Friend I Left Behind...

Hello Again!

So this past weekend was quite eventful.

Saturday evening we drove up to Laura Beach after work for a BBQ that brothers and sisters from Laura congregation arranged. Good food and awesome scenery coupled playing music and dancing made a nice evening.

(Side note: As is seeming to become my custom, I was able to look up at the night sky again on our drive home by sticking my upper body out of the sun roof of the car.)

Sunday evening a group of us down here in Rita played baseball at one of the schools.

Using bottles as fishing poles
On Monday, a sister from Rita congregation arranged for a boat to take us to another outer island called Enemanit.

I found a friend I had to leave behind

Kitten sat and watched us as the boat departed

It's as simple as Night and Day

Photo Fix

Hello All,

So I've been meaning to post these pictures for a while. I've just been forgetting about it. These pictures are from a few weeks ago.

I'll be posting more photos soon from our other more recent adventures.

Jeff Dieter. One of our International Volunteers.

Melody Hill. Her and her husband are Special Pioneers here in Majuro.

Jeff and Polly Andrews. Jeff is our overseer for Group B.

Somehow, they had never heard of the Titanic and therefore allowed Lacey to drive the boat.

Hannah I-Can't-Remember-How-to-Spell-Her-Last-Name-Person. Her and her husband are caretakers for the translation office.

Pulling the dock out to the boat.

Bring me that horizon...

"How many men can fit in a urinal stall?" was the question that changed the world.

Us in Group B had the privilege of helping Group A pour the concrete slab up in Laura.

"High five buddy ol' pal and/or friend!"

This gentleman has life all figured out.

Still more pictures to come!
