A Friend I Left Behind...

Hello Again!

So this past weekend was quite eventful.

Saturday evening we drove up to Laura Beach after work for a BBQ that brothers and sisters from Laura congregation arranged. Good food and awesome scenery coupled playing music and dancing made a nice evening.

(Side note: As is seeming to become my custom, I was able to look up at the night sky again on our drive home by sticking my upper body out of the sun roof of the car.)

Sunday evening a group of us down here in Rita played baseball at one of the schools.

Using bottles as fishing poles
On Monday, a sister from Rita congregation arranged for a boat to take us to another outer island called Enemanit.

Shem and Brennan again

Martin and Jody Fowler

I found a friend I had to leave behind

Kitten sat and watched us as the boat departed

It's as simple as Night and Day

From the letters,

I think you could be a professional photographer if you ever wanted. There's some really nice shots in here again. I love the black and white of the women talking at sunset, and the silhouette of the solitary jumper is incredible. I think its art when a photograph can take you away from your thoughts and just be. Its so peaceful with the softened sky and the light reflecting on the water. Seriously, I think you could.
